Lean management in a chosen company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou Lean Managementu v podniku. Lean management je filosofií a přístupem, jehož cílem je eliminovat plýtvání a zvyšovat přidanou hodnotu všech procesů v rámci společnosti. Jeho využitím firmy dosahují optimalizace procesů a zvýšení jejich efektivnost. Aplikací nástrojů, společnost dosáhne větší spokojenosti zákazníka a lepší konkurenceschopnosti na trhu. Úvod je zaměřen na podstatné náležitosti Lean Managementu a vysvětlení základních nástrojů. V další části je provedena analýza na základě filosofie Leanu a implementace základních nástrojů. Závěrem je uvedeno shrnutí a návrhy řešení pro eliminaci plýtvání a zefektivnění procesů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of Lean Management in the company. Lean management is a philosophy and an approach whose goal is to eliminate waste and increase the added value of all processes within the company. By using it, companies optimize processes and increase their efficiency. By applying the tools, the company will achieve greater customer satisfaction and better competitiveness in the market. The introduction is focused on the essentials of Lean Management and an explanation of the basic tools. In the next part, an analysis is performed based on the Lean philosophy and the implementation of basic tools. In conclusion, a summary and suggestions for solutions for eliminating waste and streamlining processes are given.
