Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou financování sportu z veřejných rozpočtů, historic-kým vývojem v České republice před zrušením loterijního zákona a vývoji po zrušením. Dále přínosy sportu ekonomice a porovnání s jinými členskými zeměmi Evropské unie, jak tyto vybrané členské státy tvoří politiku financování sportovního sektoru, také jak na problematiku financování sportu reagují dobrovolníci. V práci je věnována část pro nastínění možnosti sponzoringu ze soukromé sféry, jaké jsou přínosy pro jednotlivé sportovní organizace, sponzory a ekonomiku. Dále diplomová práce mezi sebou porov-nává vybrané sportovní organizace z pohledu velikosti jejich příjmů. Jakou část příjmů zaujímají dotace z veřejných rozpočtů.

Abstract:

This work addresses the issue of financing sports from public budgets, historical developments in the Czech Republic before the repeal of the Lottery Act and developments after the repeal. Furthermore, the benefits of sport economy and comparison with other member states of the European Union, how these selected member states form the policy of financing the sports sector, how volunteers respond to the issue of financing sports. The work is devoted to outlining the possibilities of sponsorship from the private sector, what are the benefits for individual sports organizations, sponsors and the economy. Furthermore, the thesis compares selected sports organizations in terms of the size of their income. What part of the income is interested in subsidies from public budgets.
