Exceptional Sentence of Imprisonment
Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je, aby bylo jasně ukázáno, jak je v naší republice nastavena právní legislativa výjimečného trestu odnětí svobody podle § 54 TZ. Čtenář zde nalezne i příklady ze zahraničí pro porovnání s naší legislativní úpravou. V závěru je shrnuta celá práce, a zdali jsem stanoveného cíle dosáhla
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to clearly present how the legislation of the exceptional sentence of incarceration is set according to § 54 in the Code of Law. The reader can find examples from other countries for comparison with our legislation there as well. At the end of the thesis is a summary of the whole work and is stated whether or not have I succeeded to achieve my goal.
