Předmětem práce je prozkoumat a popsat závislost vývoje cen nemovitostí a hospodářského cyklu v zemích Visegradské čtyřky. Pro tento účel bylo vybráno osm časových řad, které charakterizují hospodářský cyklus. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. The subject of the thesis is to investigate and describe the dependence of real estate and economic cycle development in Visegrad Four countries.
