Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Syndrom CAN - syndrom týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje známé projevy syndromu CAN, jeho počátky, průběh i důsledky. V další části se také zaměřuji na dělení, právní ochranu a instituce zabývající se problematikou týrání. Empirická část je zaměřena na porovnání dostupných dat z MPSV, ČSÚ, SSÚ, Linky bezpečí za období 2018-2021, jak z České republiky, tak i ze Slovenské republiky a následné představení vybraných článků a publikací, států zabývajících se problematikou syndromu CAN. Z vědeckých publikaci čerpaných z databáze ScienceDirect jsem vybrala státy, které se nejvíce zaměřovaly na danou problematiku (Norsko, Švédsko, Mexiko, USA, Kanada). Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak pandemie Covid-19 ovlivnila týrání a zneužívaní dětí v České a Slovenské republice a dále poukázat na důležitost informovanosti případného nárůstu jednotlivých forem týrání a zneužívání dětí. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuji na rozdílnost při evidenci této problematiky v České a Slovenské republice a evidenci ve světě. Zajímavým zjištěním komparace z pohledu podobné kultury České a Slovenské republiky je, že sousední stát Slovenská republika nevede statistické průzkumy týraných, zneužívaných a zanedbávaných dětí. Využívá pouze statistiku kriminality dle kriminálních činů a tím zahrnuje týrání dětí do celkové kriminality. Byl zjištěn vyrovnaný počet hlášených případů dětských obětí v roce 2018 a v roce 2020.

Abstract:

Abstract The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the CAN syndrome of harassed, abused and neglected children. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the known manifestations of the CAN syndrome, its beginnings, course, and consequences. In the next part, I will also focus on division, legal protection, and institutions dealing with the issue of abuse. The empirical part is focused on comparing the available data from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the CZSO, the SSO, and the Helpline for the period 2018-2021, both from the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, and the subsequent summary and approximation of scientific publications of selected countries dealing with the issue of CAN syndrome. From the scientific publications drawn from the ScienceDirect database, I selected the countries that focused most on the issue (Norway, Sweden, Mexico, USA, Canada). The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the harassment and abuse of children in the Czech and Slovak Republics and to point out the importance of informing about the possible increase in individual forms of child harassment and abuse by the method of comparison. Last but not least, I focus on the differences in the registration of this issue in the Czech and Slovak Republics and in the world. An interesting finding of the comparison from the perspective of the similar culture of the Czech and Slovak Republic is that the neighbouring state of The Slovak Republic does not conduct statistical surveys of abused, abused and neglected children. It uses only crime statistics by crime and thus includes child abuse in the overall crime rate. A balanced number of reported cases of child victims were found in 2018 and 2020.
