Abstract:
The thesis "Germany á la carte" introduces the traditional german cuisine as well as the distinct customs in each german state. The thesis shows how the german cuisine has changed over time. As such, the german cuisine is introduced as an interesting part of the German-speaking countries.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce "Deutschland á la carte" popisuje tradiční německé pokrmy a různé jídelní zvyklosti a rituály v jednotlivých spolkových zemích Německa. Práce dále ukazuje, jak se měnila německá gastronomie v průběhu času. Německá kuchyně je zde představena jako důležitá a zajímavá součást reálií německy mluvících zemí.
