Aplikace metody Value Stream Mapping v logistických procesech a její využití pro tvorbu standardů práce

Abstract:
Práce se soustředí na zlepšení zásobovacího procesu výrobních linek ve společnosti Continental. Pro vypracování práce byla využita metoda Value Stream Mapping. Hlavním úkolem této metody je popsání a grafické znázornění materiálového a hodnotového toku zkoumaného procesu.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the improvement of the supply process of production lines in the company Continental. The Value Stream Mapping method was used to develop the thesis. The main task of this method is to describe and graphically represent the material and value flow of the investigated process.
