Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku dočasných staveb z občanskoprávního hlediska. První část práce se zabývá historickými aspekty dočasných staveb. Ve druhé části následuje rozbor jednotlivých pojmů souvisejících s dočasnou stavbou, jako jsou stavba, pozemek, superficiální zásada. The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of temporary structures from a civil-law point of view. The first part deals with the historical aspects of temporary buildings.
