Comprehensive Nursing Care of the Patient after Breast Surgery in Plastic Surgery

Abstract:

ŠIMEČKOVÁ, Pavlína. Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta po operaci prsů v plastické chirurgii. Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, 2024. Bakalářská práce na téma komplexní péče u pacienta po operaci prsů v plastické chirurgii se zaměřuje na zpracování a sjednocení získaných informací v jedné části a v části druhé se zabývá konkrétním případem. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je v kapitolách shrnuto, co je to plastická chirurgie a je popsána její historie. Dále se teoretická část věnuje anatomickému popisu prsu a jeho vývoji v různých fázích života, možnostem vyšetřování prsů a jejich onemocněním. Velká část teoretické části je věnována samotným operačním výkonům, kde jsou zpracovány jejich operační techniky, komplikace a pooperační péče. Závěr této části se věnuje pooperační péči z celkového pohledu. Druhou částí bakalářské práce je část praktická, která zpracovává případ konkrétní pacientky na oddělení plastické chirurgie, po operaci modelace prsů s augmentací. Práce je vypracována formou kazuistiky popisující ošetřovatelský proces, při kterém bylo možné stanovit určité ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle Nanda International Taxonomie II. 2018-2020. Závěr bakalářské práce se skládá z vyhodnocení celkové ošetřovatelské péče po zpracování praktické části, diskuze a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

ŠIMEČKOVÁ, Pavlína, Conprehensive nursing care of the patient after breast surgery in plastic surgry, Bachelor Thesis. Medical Collage, 2024. The bachelor thesis on the topic of comprehensive care of patients after breast surgery in plastic surgery focuses on processing and unifying the acquired information in on part, and in the second part it deals with a specific case. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, namely the teoretical and practical part. In the teoretical part the chapters summarize what plastic surgery is and it is describing the history. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the anatomical description of the breast and its development in various stages of life, the possibilites of breast examination and its diseases. A large part of the teoretical part is devoted to the surgical procedures themselves, where their surgical techniques, complications and postoperative care are processed. The conclusion of this part deals with postoperative care from an overall prespective. The second part of the bachelor thesis is the practical part, which processes the case od a specific patient in the plastic surgery department, after breast modeling lift with augmentation. The work is elaborated in the formo of case study describing the nursing process during which it was possible to establis certain nursing diagnoses according to the Nanda International Taxonomy II 2018-2020. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis consist of an evaluation of the overall nursing care after processing the practical part, discussion and recommendations for practice.
