Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice materiálových toků ve vybrané společnosti v rámci logistických a výrobních procesů a souvisejících činností. Nejprve jsou vysvětlena teoretická hlediska podnikové logistiky s principy a metodami pro využití v následující analytické části. Na základě analýzy materiálových toků a jejich součástí autor identifikuje slabá místa, která vybranou společnost limitují a navrhuje opatření na jejich potřebná opatření.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the issues of material flows in a chosen company within logistic and manufacturing processes and related activities. As first, the theoretical point of view with principles and methods are described for an application in the following, analytic part. Based on the analysis of material flows and its activities the author identifies the weak locations which limit the choosen company and for their improvement he will propose needed actions.
