Fat burners and their role in metabolism
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem spalovačů tuků. V první části je popsán metabolismus lipidů pro plné pochopení problematiky. Dále je práce zaměřena na vybrané látky, které jsou nejčastěji obsaženy v prodávaných doplňcích stravy, označovaných jako spalovače tuků. Popisuje mechanismy jejich působení, způsob užívání a bezpečnost. V závěru je uvedeno srovnání nejčastěji prodávaných výrobků.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of fat burners. The first part describes lipid metabolism for a full understanding of the issue. Furthermore, the work focuses on selected substances that are most often contained in marketed food supplements, referred to as fat burners.
