Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na význam levostranných srdečních mechanických podpor v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Srovnává různé typy mechanických podpor, včetně intraaortální balonové kontrapulzace a levé srdeční podpory, a jejich účinnost při zlepšování hemodynamické stability u pacientů s akutním srdečním selháním. This bechelor thesis focuses on the importance of left - sided cardiac mechanical supports in prehospital emergency care. It compares different types of mechanical support, including intra - aortic balloon counter pulsation and left ventricular heart assist, and their effectiveness in improving hemodynamic stability in patients with acute heart failure.
