The survey and evaluation of biotopes development with occurrence of orchids in Železné Hory

Abstract:

V disertační práci byl řešen současný a historický výskyt rostlinných druhů z čeledi Orchidaceae na území Železných hor. V práci bylo analyzováno celkem 86 lokalit s celkovou rozlohou 7,35 km2. Z historicky doložených 86 lokalit s výskytem vstavačovitých v Železných horách byl při botanickém průzkumu v roce 2004 potvrzen výskyt vstavačovitých na 42 lokalitách. Při revizi botanického průzkumu v roce 2011 a 2014 byl výskyt vstavačovitých potvrzen již jen na 36 lokalitách. Během terénních průzkumů bylo nalezeno 14 druhů rostlin z čeledi Orchidaceae z 20 historicky doložených. Mezi nejvzácnější nalezené vstavačovité pro území Železných hor patří silně ohrožený druh Dactylorhiza sambucina s výskytem na jediné lokalitě s počtem tří exemplářů a silně ohrožený druh Epipactis albensis, rostoucí též na jediné lokalitě v počtu čtyř exemplářů nalezených v roce 2014. Při botanických průzkumech byl rovněž zaznamenán výskyt všech cévnatých rostlin na lokalitách. Z nalezených 436 druhů cévnatých rostlin je 19 druhů chráněno podle zákona č. 114/1992 Sb., o ochraně přírody a krajiny. Na lokalitách byl dále analyzován jejich sukcesní vývoj včetně antropického ovlivnění. Uvedené změny byly zachyceny na základě porovnání map z III. vojenského mapování z let 1886–1880, ortofotomap z roku 1954 a ortofotomap z roku 2016 v prostředí softwaru Arc Gis Desktop 10.5. Z analýzy uvedených mapových podkladů je patrné na ortofotu z roku 2016 větší antropogenní ovlivnění lokalit. Především zvětšení plochy rybníků a vodních nádrží, zvětšení hustoty cestní sítě a výstavba různých zpevněných ploch. Na ortofotomapách z roku 2016 se na lokalitách dále zvětšují lesní ekosystémy na úkor lučních společenstev, což je dáno hlavně sukcesí lučních ekosystémů, na kterých zaniklo hospodaření.

Abstract:

Current and historical occurrence of species of the Orchidaceae family in the territory of Železné hory has been solved within the doctoral thesis. 86 habitats in total, with total area of 7,35 km2, have been examined in the thesis. From the historically proved 86 locations with occurrence of the Orchidaceae family in Železné hory, the occurrence of the Orchidaceae was confirmed in 42 habitats in the course of the botanical research in 2004. In the course of botanical research revision in 2011 and 2014, the occurrence of the Orchidaceae family was confirmed in as little as 36 locations. In the course of field researches, there were located 14 kinds of plants from the Orchidaceae family out of 20 historically proved. One of the most precious plants of the Orchidaceae family in Železné hory is the seriously endangered Dactylorhiza sambucina with occurrence of only three plants in one location and the seriously endangered Epipactis albensis, also growing in one location only, with occurrence of four plants found in 2014. In the course of botanic researches there was also recorded the occurrence of all the vascular plants in the locations. Out of the 436 kinds of vascular plants detected, 19 kinds are protected according to Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and countryside. There was also evaluated the success development of the location including the anthropic affection. The specified changes were recorded on the basis of comparison of maps from the 3rd military mapping in 1886–1880, ortho photo maps from the year 1954 and ortho photo maps from the year 2016 using the Arc Gis Desktop 10.5 software environment. The analysis of the above stated map materials indicates - in the ortho-photograph of 2016 - more significant anthropogenic affection of locations. Mainly an increase of the surface area of ponds and water reservoirs, an increase of the road network density and construction of various hardened areas. In the ortho-photo maps of 2016, the forest eco systems in the locations further increase to the detriment of meadow systems, which is given mainly by succession of meadow eco systems where cultivation disappeared.
