The bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation of [1.1.1]propellane and the su-pramolecular interactions of [1.1.1]propellane and its derivatives with cucu-crbit[n]uriles. The theoretical part describes the preparation, structure and reactivity of [1.1.1]propellane and bicyclo[1.1.1]pentane. Bakalářská práce je věnována přípravě [1.1.1]propellanu a supramolekulárním in-terakcím [1.1.1]propellanu a jeho derivátů s cucurbit[n]urily. Teoretická část popisuje přípravu, strukturu a reaktivitu [1.1.1]propellanu a bicyklo[1.1.1]pentanu.
