Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je shrnout základní fakta z oblasti projektového managementu a zdůraznit klíčové oblasti podmiňující úspěšné vedení projektu. Jako podkladové materiály mi posloužila převážně zahraniční odborná literatura a internetové zdroje. Praktická část práce je věnována analýze a vyhodnocení realizace vybraného projektu. The goal of this diploma work is to summarize basic facts about project management and point out the key project management areas for a successful project delivery. I have used several foreign publications and subject-related internet sites as the main sources of information.
