Abstract:

V dnešní dynamické době jsou informace brány jako nejcennější kapitál úspěšných společností. Dle společnosti Deloitte (2012) se ukazuje, že sdílení znalostí vede k tvorbě konkurenční výhody a skutečné hodnoty pro klienta. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké prvky znalostního managementu využívají výrobní společnosti působící v Ústeckém kraji, a na základě toho určit propojenost znalostního managementu se spokojeností zaměstnanců. Vztah mezi knowledge managementem a spokojeností firemních zaměstnanců již zkoumali autoři Kianto, Vanhala & Heilmann (2016). Získávání dat probíhalo za pomoci elektronického dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci vybraných společností. Dotazník obsahoval otázky týkající se využití jednotlivých nástrojů knowledge managementu, které respondenti mimo jiné hodnotili na sedmistupňové Likertově škále. Za pomoci statistické metody ANOVA byl vyhodnocen vztah mezi využitím prvků knowledge managementu (např. formy sdílení znalostí) s mírou spokojenosti zaměstnanců firem. V analytické části se podařila prokázat existence korelace mezi využíváním knowledge managmentu a spokojeností firemních zaměstnanců. Tato souvztažnost se ukazuje jako velmi pozitivní a práce tak může udávat směr kterým by se firmy měly vydat, a to nejen pro získání spokojenějších zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

In today´s dynamic society, information is considered the most valuable assets of successful companies. A survey by Deloitte (2012) shows that sharing knowledge brings an advantage over the competition and creates real value for the client. The target of this thesis is to find out which tools of knowledge management are used by the production companies which are active in Ustecky region and based on the results to determine the connection between knowledge management and employee happiness. The relationship between knowledge management and company employees´ satisfaction has already investigated by Kianto, Vanhala & Heilmann (2016). The data was harvested via electronic questionnaires among the employees of selected companies. The questionnaire contained questions about the use of particular tools of knowledge management, which the respondents then evaluated by various methods including seven-degree Likert range. The relationship between usage of the tools of knowledge management in the companies (i.e. knowledge sharing) and employee satisfaction was evaluated by ANOVA statistical method. I managed to prove the correlation between various methods of knowledge management and employee happiness. This correlation seems to be very positive and thus the thesis shows the direction the companies should follow, and not only to gain happier employees.
