Tato diplomová práce studuje strukturu a dynamiku DNA a ovlivnění jejích mechanických vlastností přítomností nekanonického páru bází vneseného do struktury chybnou replikacií DNA. Získané výsledky jsou diskutovány v kontextu mechanismu rozpoznání chyby lidským reparačním enzymem MutSα i jeho homology a proto může tato studie pomoct k pochopení mechanismu opravy DNA. Abstract:
This diploma thesis studies the structure and dynamics of DNA and the alteration of its mechanical properties in the presence of a non-canonical base pair introduced into the structure by erroneous replication of DNA. Acquired results are discussed in the context of error recognition mechanism by human repair enzyme MutSα and its homologues.
