Diplomová práce se zabývá dopady rekodifikace soukromého práva v České republice na fúze a akvizice. The diploma thesis deals with the effects of the recodification of the civil law in the Czech Republic on the area of mergers and acquisitions. The author gradually defines mergers and acquisitions and explains basic legal aspects of these transactions.
