Bakalářská práce „Možnosti a překážky využití GIS/GIT ve veřejné správě“ sleduje především situaci využití GIS v obcích Olomouckého kraje. Nejprve mapuje stav využívání ICT v těchto obcích na základě dostupných výsledků již publikovaných průzkumů a poté vlastním dotazníkovým šetřením zkoumá příčiny a důvody obcí vedoucí k zakoupení nebo odmítnutí GIS.
