Conflicts in the school practical training

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vzniku a řešení konfliktů ve školním prostředí. V teoretické části jsou popsány druhy konfliktů, příčiny konfliktů, a jakou roli v tom hraje osobnost žáka, osobnost učitele, charakteristika třídy nebo školy, klima třídy a školy, možnosti řešení konfliktů a prevence vzniku konfliktů. Hlouběji mě zajímají příčiny konfliktů a fakt, jestli jsou příčiny také na straně pedagogů a jestli si to tito uvědomují. Tomuto se také věnuji v praktické části, kde zkoumám pohled žáků a učitelů na učitele jako příčinu konfliktu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of the emergence and resolution of conflicts in the school environment. The theoretical part describes the types of conflicts, the causes of conflicts, and what role the pupil's personality, the personality of the teacher, the characteristics of the class or school, the climate of the class and the school, the possibilities of conflict resolution and conflict prevention. I am more deeply interested in the causes of conflicts and whether the causes are also on the side of teachers and whether they are aware of it. I also deal with this in the practical part, where I examine the view of students and teachers on teachers as the cause of the conflict.
