The EU budget and relation to the budget of the Slovak Republic

Abstract:

Focus of this thesis was to create as comprehensive as possible overview of the budget of the European Union. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with historical development and characteristics of the budget and also in this section highlight the principles of budget and budgetary procedures. The second part will discuss the revenue and expenditure side of the budget and it will be useful to traditional own resources and the expenditure part will focus on the common agricultural policy. In the final part of the analysis and the available resources and facts on which we worked, they evaluate and included in the final summary.

Abstract:

Zameraním tejto diplomovej práce bolo vytvoriť, čo najucelenejší prehľad o rozpočte Európskej únie. Táto diplomová práca je rozdelená na tri časti. Prvá časť je venovaná historickému vývoju a charakteristike rozpočtu a taktiež v tejto časti poukážeme na zásady rozpočtu a rozpočtovú procedúru. V druhej časti preberieme príjmovú aj výdajovú stránku rozpočtu a v nej poukážeme na tradičné vlastné zdroje a vo výdajovej časti sa zameriame na spoločnú poľnohospodársku politiku. V záverečnej časti na základe analýzy a dostupných zdrojov a faktoch z ktorými sme pracovali, tieto vyhodnotíme a zahrnieme do konečného zhrnutia.
