The theme of this work is to define the business of foreign persons in the Slovak Republic under European Union law. I will build on the current legislation with focus on the Act. 513/1991 Coll, but also an important part will be European law with regard to freedom of establishment. Témou bakalárskej práce je podnikanie zahraničných osôb v Slovenskej republike podľa práva Európskej únie. Vychádzať budem z aktuálnej právnej úpravy zo zameraním na zákon č. 513/1991 Zb. v znení neskorších predpisov, ale dôležitou súčasťou bude aj európske právo s prihliadnutím na slobodu podnikania.
