Beer as a Czech Phenomenon and Part of Education in Gasatronomic Fields

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce, která bude zkoumána na Albrechtově střední škole v Českém Těšíně, je "Pivo jako český fenomén a součást výuky v gastronomických oborech". Cílem bakalářské práce je zvýšení efektivity učení pomocí vytvořeného učebního materiálu se zaměřením na pivo. Efektivita použití zpracovaného výukového materiálu bude ověřována pomocí didaktického testu. Bude provedeno vyhodnocení testu, zda je učební pomůcka efektivní či nikoli. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na didaktiku a metodologický výzkum v pedagogice. Součástí práce je pedagogický výzkum, ve kterém byla stanovena hypotéza, která byla mým pedagogickým výzkumem potvrzena.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Beer as a Czech phenomenon and a part of teaching in gastronomic fields" researched at Albrecht High School in Český Těšín. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to increase the effectiveness of learning through the created teaching material with a focus on beer. The effectiveness of the use of the processed teaching material will be verified by means of a didactic test. The test will be evaluated to see if the teaching aid is effective or not. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on didactics and methodological research inpedagogy. Part of the work is pedagogical research, in which a hypothesis was established, which was confirmed by my pedagogical research.
