Způsoby sanace historické budovy - zámek v obci Koleč

Abstract:

Rekonstrukce památkově chráněných objektů se potýká s řadou problémů v neposlední řadě s velkým nedostatkem peněz a s komplikacemi při jejich shánění. Ač to není technický problém, sanace historické budovy patří k předním viníkům zaniknutí nemovité památky nebo její části. Problematika technických řešení rekonstrukcí je také široce diskutována s ohledem na dané do-bové trendy v rekonstruování památek. Zde se aktuálně prosazuje co možná největší možné za-chování původních konstrukcí a materiálů při prováděné rekonstrukci. Ustoupilo se od vášně purismu, kdy se památka ,,opravovala respektive přestavovala“ do podoby svého vrcholného období. Přestavby a úpravy pozdějších věků byly odstraňovány i přes svou historickou hodnotu. Dodnes se prolínají tři nejvýraznější přístupy k sanaci historických objektů. První výše zmíněný, druhý způsob přiznávající i ukryté konstrukce před přestavbami, jako jsou například zazděné portály, okna, kamenné reliéfy a tak podobně. Třetí způsob konzervuje stavbu v jejím aktuálním stavu. Tento lze užít za předpokladu, že je památka buď v dobrém stavu, nebo naopak ve stavu, kdy by byla rekonstrukce již příliš nákladná, nebo tam, kde převládne romantické cítění pro zří-ceniny. V teoretické části se budu zabývat porovnáváním sanací ne jako celků, ale porovnáváním něko-lika způsobů sanací stejné poruchy a hodnocením jejich efektivity z několika úhlů pohledu. Tento postup zopakuji na několika typických poruchách s vazbou na aplikovatelnost na Zámek Koleč. Studií materiálů problematiky sanace historických objektů jsem narazil na několik odlišných metod a názorů, které se týkají zejména otázek vizuálního pojetí historické stavby jako celku či toho, jak zachovat ukázku jejího širšího historického vývoje. Na základě těchto poznatků se při-kláním k stále více rozšiřovanému trendu částečného odhalení historicky cenných konstrukcí zaniklých vlivem přestaveb (zazděním, zakrytím povrchovou úpravou). A k zachování omítek jen v případech, kdy obsahují historicky hodnotné fragmenty či jsou v adekvátním stavu pro konzervaci nebo nenákladnou sanaci.

Abstract:

Reconstruction of protected monuments is facing a lot ofissues such as a big lack of money. Although it is not a technical problem the historical building rehabilitation belongs to the main culprits of immovable monument (or its part) extinction. The monument´s reconstruction techni-cal solution issue is widely discussed in relation to the contemporary trends in reconstructions of historical monuments. Currently, the maximal possible preservation of the original structures and materials during the reconstruction is being supported. It has been withdrawn from the passions of purism, when the monument has been "repaired or remodeled" into its peak period´s state and the reconstructions and modifications of later ages have been eliminated despite its historical value. Up to now the three most outstanding approaches of the historical buildings rehabilitation are mingled, it is the first above mentioned method, next second method of securing even hidden structures before rebuilding them such as brick portals, windows, stone carvings etc. and a third way which conserves the building in its current state. This is possible to use assuming the mo-nument is either in good condition or on the contrary in condition where the reconstruction would be already too costly or where "the romantic feeling for ruins" would prevail. The theoretical part will deal with rehabilitation comparisons not as with whole units, but as with comparisons of the same disorder´s several methods of rehabilitation and evaluation of its ef-fectiveness from several angles. This process will be repeated for several typical disorders linked to the applicability to the Kolec castle. During my studies of material issues related to historical monuments rehabilitation I came across a few different methods and views mostly regarding the visual concept of historical building as such or as a demonstration of its broader historical deve-lopment. Based on these findings I lean to the more and more expanding trend of partial disclo-sure of historically valuable structures extinct due to reconstructions (as bricking, covering finish) and to plaster preserving only in cases where it contains historically valuable fragments or is in adequate condition for the conservation or inexpensive rehabilitation.
