The thesis is focussed on the basic legal action of the entrepreneur in his position as the independent subject, i.e. the natural person and legal entity. The goal of the thesis consists in giving outline of concrete such legal actions and explaining differences between the terms “the natural person” and “the legal entity”. Abstract:
Práca je zameraná na základné právne úkony podnikateľa z pohľadu ako samostatného subjektu , teda ako fyzickej alebo právnickej osoby. Cieľom tejto práce je poskytnúť konkrétny postupný prehľad o týchto právnych úkonoch a objasniť rozdiely medzi pojmami fyzická a právnická osoba. Významné postavenie má aj kapitola v ktorej sú základné informácie o podnikateľovi ako subjekte.
