Engineering design of a lifting device for rail vehicles.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem zařízení pro zvedání kolejových vozidel. V navrženém zařízení jsou zabudovány dva zvedací mechanismy s nosností 12 a 5 tun. Tato konstrukce dále obsahuje zabudovaný příčný posuv pro umožnění zvedání kolejových vozidel různých rozchodů. V této práci jsou navrženy 4 koncepční alternativy, především z hlediska jejich zvedacích mechanismů. U těchto navržených alternativ je provedeno hodnocení vzájemné konkurenceschopnosti a poté jsou zhodnoceny jejich rizikové, silné a slabé stránky. Na základě tohoto hodnocení je vybrána nejvhodnější alternativa, u které jsou oba zvedací mechanismy zvedány trapézovými šrouby. Tato alternativa je dále konstrukčně zpracována a následně jsou provedeny pevnostní výpočty. Na závěr je vypracována výkresová dokumentace pro vybrané sestavy a součásti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the structural design of equipment for lifting rolling stock. Two lifting mechanisms with a load capacity of 12 and 5 tons are built into the designed device. This structure also contains a built-in cross-feed to enable the lifting of rolling stock of different gauges. In this work, 4 conceptual alternatives are proposed, mainly in terms of their lifting mechanisms. For these proposed alternatives, an evaluation of their mutual competitiveness is carried out, and then their risks, strengths and weaknesses are evaluated. Based on this evaluation, the most suitable alternative is selected, where both lifting mechanisms are lifted by trapezoidal screws. This alternative is further structurally processed and subsequently strength calculations are carried out. At the end, drawing documentation is prepared for selected assemblies and components.
