Tématem této bakalářské práce je seznámení se s nadnárodní obchodní společností SocietasEuropaea. První kapitola se zabývá základní charakteristikou a historií SE. The theme of this thesis is introducing with multinational trading company Societas Europaea(SE). The first chapter deals with the basic characteristics and history of SE. Furthermore, the work deals with current sources of legislation since the grounding, conditions of origin, headquarter and possibility of relocation to revocation and termination.
