Internal Control and Internal Audit in Insurance Company

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku interního auditu pojišťovny. Cílem je na uvedeném konkrétním auditu popsat, jakým způsobem jsou realizovány audity ve společnosti Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group. V teoretické části je uvedena základní terminologie, postupy a platná legislativa týkající se interního auditu. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétnímu auditu provedenému ve vybraných odborných úsecích společnosti podle schválených Programových bodů auditu. Výsledkem auditu je dokument – Závěrečná auditní zpráva. Následně se zpracovává Zpráva o plnění nápravných opatření.

Abstract:

The work is focused on Internal Audit Insurance. The aim is on that specific audit describe how the audits are implemented in the company Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group. In the theoretical part introduces the basic terminology, procedures, applicable legislation relating to internal audit. The practical part deals with specific professional an audit section of the company, the results of which are documents - Contract audit engagement and the final report.
