Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dlouhodobé fiskální udržitelnosti, konkrétně fiskálními (rozpočtovými) pravidly jako jedním z nástrojů pro její dosažení. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení pravidel rozpočtové odpovědnosti na úrovni obcí v České republice a ve vybrané zemi Evropské unie. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with issue of a long-term fiscal sustainability, specifically with fiscal (budget) rules as one of the possible instruments for its support. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate fiscal accountability rules applied on the municipal level in the Czech Republic and a selected member country of the European Union.
