Práce se zabývá faktory ovlivňujícími zakládání a rozvoj malého a středního podnikání v ČR, konkrétně pak dostupnost kapitálu a zajištění vlastnických práv podnikatelů. V teoretické části jsou popsány zdroje financování, vymahatelnost pohledávek a aspekty korupce. This thesis focuses factors influacing foundation and developement of small and medium enterprises in Czech republic, specificlly access to external finance and weak property rights.
