Citlivé téma důchodové reformy se týká každého z nás a o to více mladé generace. Je to velmi omílané téma již několik let. Zavedení II. pilíře na fondovém principu bylo významným krokem, který by měl zabránit kolapsu tohoto systému vlivem stárnutí populace. An issue of a pension reform affects all of us and more the younger generation. It is a very discussed topic for several years. The introduction of the II. pillar was an important step, which should prevent the collapse of the system due to the aging of the population.
