Obsahem bakalářské práce je obecně kriminalita mladistvých. Autor se zabývá právní úpravou v historii, popisuje užívané pojmy a způsoby trestání mládeže. Snaží se přiblížit důvody páchání trestné činnosti mládeží, stejně jako metody a modely jak jí předcházet. Author is concerned with legal regulations in history, describes applied terms and methods of punishing the corrupted young people.
