Particularities of the procedure for clarifying the phenomenom of braking in road traffic

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá zvláštnostmi postupu objasňování fenoménu „vybržďování“ v silničním provozu s cílem zjistit připravenost příslušníků služby dopravní policie právě při objasňování fenoménu „vybržďování“ v silničním provozu a případně stanovit návrhy na zlepšení. Z tohoto důvodu je práce rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou zde popsány: základní pojmy, vybrané metody zahrnující zejména evidenci a dokumentaci, legislativní řešení a dále pak proces vzdělávání policistů služby dopravní policie, kteří se sledovanou problematikou zabývají. Znalosti z teoretické části byly využity v praktické části. Znalosti z teoretické části byly využity v praktické části. V této části jsou sestaveny výzkumné otázky, jež byly využity při zvolené metodě dotazníkového šetření. Toto šetření bylo provedeno písemnou anonymní formou pro zjišťování připravenosti příslušníků služby dopravní policie pro objasňování předmětného fenoménu „vybržďování“ v silničním provozu. Z výstupu šetření jsou stanoveny návrhy na zlepšení systému vzdělávání a následně znalostí policistů služby dopravní policie.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the peculiarities of the process of clarifying the phenomenon of "tailgating" in road traffic with the aim of determining the readiness of the traffic police officers in clarifying the phenomenon of "tailgating" in road traffic and, if necessary, to determine suggestions for improvement. For this reason, the thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes: basic concepts, selected methods, including in particular registration and documentation, legislative solutions and the process of training of traffic police officers who deal with the issue. The knowledge from the theoretical part was used in the practical part. The knowledge from the theoretical part was used in the practical part. In this part, research questions were designed and used in the chosen method of questionnaire survey. This survey was conducted in a written anonymous form to determine the readiness of the traffic police officers to clarify the phenomenon of "tailgating" in road traffic. From the output of the survey, suggestions for improving the training system and consequently the knowledge of the traffic police service officers are determined.
