Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá smluvním zastoupením podle zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Kriticky hodnotí právní úpravu a současně změny, které rekodifikace přinesla. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí, kdy první z nich pojednává o historickém vývoji institutu smluvního zastoupení, a další se zaměřují na konkrétní problémy v dané oblasti. The thesis shall primarily focus on the contractual representation under the Act no. 89/2012 Coll. (the New Civil Code). The thesis critically assesses the current legislation as well as the contemporary changes brought about by the recodification of the Civil Code.
