Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá druhy nákladů civilního soudního řízení, přičemž také poukazuje na zásady jejich placení a náhrady. Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled jednotlivých druhů nákladů řízení a přehled stávající právní úpravy k tomu nezbytné. Pozornost je také věnována principu rozhodování o vzniklých nákladech. This thesis deals with the expenses of the civil proceedings, while also refers to the principle of pay and allowances. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of the different types of costs and review existing legislation necessary for this.
