Abstract:

MAŇOUŠEK, D. Vliv pozornosti investorů: evidence z automobilového sektoru. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pozornosti investorů na výnosnost akcií zvolených společností automobilového průmyslu. V teoretické části jsou popsány základy a dělení kapitálového trhu, oceňování aktiv a behaviorální přístup k financím se zaměřením na pozornost investorů. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou celků, v první sekci jsou provedeny regresní a korelační analýzy mezi výnosností akcií, indexu, desetiletých státních dluhopisů a pozorností investorů v rámci aplikace Google Trends. Druhá část se zabývá aférou Dieselgate a dopady této situace na pozornost investorů. Diskuze a závěr práce obsahují srovnání výsledků v rámci akademického kontextu a celkový souhrn zjištěných poznatků.

Abstract:

MAŇOUŠEK, D. The impact of investors’ attention records from the automotive industry. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. This bachelor thesis deals with the effect of investors’ attention on the profitability of selected automotive industry companies’ stocks. The theoretical part includes the basics and the division of the capital market, evaluation of assets and a behavioural approach to finance with emphasis on the attention of investors. The practical part is twofold; firstly, a Google Trends regression and correlation analysis between the profitability of stocks, the index, ten year government bonds and the investors’ attention takes place. Secondly, the Dieselgate scandal’s impact on the investors’ attention is dealt with. The discussion as well as the conclusion are composed of the comparison of the results within an academic context and an overall summary of found data.
