Rope skipping - the creation of a methodical material for elementary schools.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou metodického materiálu pro rope skipping. Je ur-čen učitelům 2. stupně základních škol a nižších stupňů víceletých gymnázií pro výuku tělesné výchovy. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům týkajících se rope skippingu, tj. historii, současné situaci, fyziologickým aspektům a vyučovací jednotce. Druhou část potom tvoří praktická příručka obsahující techniku skákání, metodické postu-py, zásobník cviků a příklady vyučovacích hodin. V rámci práce jsou využívány výsledky anketního šetření, které je zaměřeno na zkušenosti učitelů tělesné výchovy s rope skippin-govou aktivitou a se znalostí rope skippingu vůbec.

Abstract:

The bachelor work deals with the creation of methodological materials for rope skip-ping. It´s intended for the teaching of physical education in the primary schoools and grammar schools. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of the rope skip-ping. This section deals with the questions about history, current situation, physiological aspects and health limitations. The second part of the work consists of a practical guide containing jumping techniques, methodologies, exercises and examples of the lessons. There are used the results of the survey in the work, which is focused on the experience of teachers of physical education with the rope skipping activity and with the rope skipping skills at all.
