Vklad jako forma zápisu do katastru nemovitostí

Deposit as a Form of Record in the Land Register
Abstract:
Vkladové řízení probíhá u věcně a místně příslušných katastrálních úřadů (pracovišť), při kterém dochází k posouzení zákonem stanovených skutečností a listin a to ke dni podání návrhu na vklad. Práva která se zapisují jsou dána zákonem a zapisují se k nemovitostem, bytům a nebytovým prostorům.
Abstract:
Proceding about deposit running at objetively and locally relevant the real estate register whereat there is at examination actualities and documents provider by law on the date presenmently petition by deposit to real estate register. The real property which recording are provider by law end recording at realty flats end non residential premises.
