The incidence of thrombophilia conditions in obstetrics and the prevention of thromboembolic disease

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá trombofilními stavy v porodnictví, jaké jednotlivé typy trombofilních stavů se vyskytují v populaci těhotných, jejich spojitost právě s těhotnými ženami, rizika a komplikace, které to přináší. Dále také, jaká je jejich incidence v daném zdravotnickém zařízení. Práce se také zabývá tromboembolickou nemocí a preventivními opatřeními, které se v dané situaci provádí. V diskuzi a závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky ze získaných dat zaměřených na incidenci trombofilních stavů a dalších rizikových faktorů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with thrombophilia conditions in obstetrics, the occurence of different types of these conditions, their connection specifically with pregnant women, risks and complications that can be caused by. It also points out their incidence in a concrete healthcare facility. Further it deals with thromboembolic disease and preventive measures performed in the specific situation. The discussion and conclusion summarize the results of obtained data focused on the incidence of thrombotic conditions and other risk factors.
