Abstract:
Nekalá ujednání v českém právním řádu. Ochrana spotřebitele ve smluvních vztazích. Vliv směrnice 93/13/EHS o nekalých ujednáních ve spotřebitelských smlouvách na smluvní ujednání spotřebitelských smluv. Porovnání definic a úvaha nad implementací.
Abstract:
Unfair terms in czech law regulation. Protection of consumer in contract relations. Impact of directive 93/13/EC about unfair terms in consumer contracts on contractual terms in consumer contracts. Comparation of definitions and reflection upon implementation.
