Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit antimikrobiální účinky vybraných látek používaných v kosmetických přípravcích a zdali tvorba bakteriálního biofilmu má vliv na rezistenci k těmto látkám. Teoretická část se věnuje charakterizaci, tvorbě a detekci mikrobiálního biofilmu a taktéž popisu biofilm pozitivních bakterií. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the antimicrobial effects of selected sub-stances in cosmetics and documents related to biological materials. The theoretical part deals with characterization, formation and microbial biofilm and description of biofilm positive bacteria.
