Abstract:
Tato práce zkoumá a popisuje Scale Invariant Feature Transform algoritmus (SIFT). Principy jeho 2D verze jsou vysvětleny dále rozšířena do 3D pro sledování v časosběrných sekvencí. Algoritmus se skládá ze 3 významných fází. První z nich je lokalizace významných bodů. Body se získávají jako extrémy aproximace Laplacian of Gaussian scale-space. This thesis investigates and describes the Scale Invariant Feature Transform algorithm (SIFT). The principles of its 2D version are explained an further extended into 3D for tracking in time-lapse sequences. The algorithm consists of 3 significant phases. First is keypoint localization.
