Metody výpočtu dynamických vlastností rotorů

Abstract:

Tato práce řeší metody, možnosti, postupy a zjednodušení při návrhu rotorů. Obsahuje podrobné kroky, jakými můžeme provádět výpočty a návrhy rotoru. Cílem této práce je přiblížit oblast mechaniky, ve které se prolíná dynamika s elasticitou materiálu. Zaměřil jsem se na návrh běžných rotorů s pokud možno maximální přesností a minimálními nároky na složitost výpočtu, včetně hardwarového vybavení. Práce představuje klasické výpočty kritických frekvencí a také metodu přenosových matic, pomocí které můžeme počítat velmi složité celky. Data jsou zpracována pomocí maticového kalkulátoru MATLAB.

Abstract:

This paper follows up methods, options, procedures and possible simplifications when designing rotors. It includes detailed steps, which we can use for calculating and designing the rotor. The objective of this paper is to approach the part of mechanics, which combines dynamics with elasticity of the material. I focused on the design of common rotors with maximal accuracy, if possible, and minimal requirements on the calculation complexity including hardware equipment. This paper represents classic calculations of critical frequencies and also the method of transfer matrixes, which we can use to calculate very complicated units. The data are processed using matrix calculator MATLAB.
