Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl seznámit studenty a veřejnost s problematikou gender managementu. V práci budou analyzovány možnosti uplatnění mužů a žen na pracovním trhu. Následuje syntéza získaných informací a jejich využití v praktické části práce při analýze firmy z podnikatelského sektoru a vydefinování návrhů na řešení.
Abstract:
This thesis set as a goal to acquaint students and public with problems of gender management. In thesis we analyze the possibilities of men and women self-assertion in the labour market. The synthesis of obtained information follows with the utilisation in practical part of thesis at analysis of company from bussiness sector and the definition of proposals for solutions.
