Problems of the dual system and the employment of the graduates from vocational and technical branches in the stated region

Abstract:

Cílem práce bude na základě získaných informací a následné analýzy, problematiky ekonomického a politického stavu pracovního trhu v daném regionu (Pardubický kraj) navrhnout možnosti novelizace duálního systému na regionální i národní úrovni. Problém bude řešen ve vztahu k uplatnění a zájmu žáků odborných a technických učňovských oborů a oborů zakončených maturitou na trhu práce v daném regionu, Dílčím cílem bude zjistit zájem žáků polytechnického vzdělávání o další studium v rámci možnosti celoživotního vzdělávání. Dále bude zjišťován zájem firem v regionu o duální systém vzdělávání (spolupráce firem se školami). Dalším dílčím cílem bude zjistit představy zástupců firem o úrovni absolventů odborných středních škol na požadovaný profil pro profesní praxi. Také bude zjišťován zájem o tuto spolupráci ze strany škol i firem. Zároveň bude zjišťována možnost uplatnění absolventů mimo vystudované obory, jak ze strany absolventů, tak ze strany Úřadu práce ČR v Pardubickém kraji. Souvisejícími tématy bude i problematika vykonávání odborné praxe zejména ve vztahu k dostupnosti firem umožňujících vykonávat odbornou praxi, ekonomické a administrativní zatížení těchto firem. Dále pak spolupráce úřadu práce se školou, obecná problematika zaměstnanosti a specifikace žádaných typů oborů a další. Ekonomická problematika bude blíže diskutován s ohledem na finanční politiku vzdělávacích kurzů včetně jejich dostupnosti, dále problematiku financování středních škol vyučujících technické obory a připravujících studenty na budoucí profesní zařazení. Nebude opomenuta ani ekonomická i legislativní problematika pracovního prostředí, dále pak možnosti absolventů s ukončeným vzděláním v klasických institucích, popř. rekvalifikantů ve smyslu podnikání OSVČ.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is the economical and political situation in the labour market in Pardubicky region based on received information and the analysis, suggest the novelization possiblities of the dual system at a regional and national level. The issue will be solving in relation to the employment and interests of students of specialized and technical apprentice fields of study terminated with graduation in the labour market in this region. The partial aim of this thesis si to analyze students of polytechnic education their interest in further study within the lifelong education. The other partial aim of the thesis is to find out ideas of companies representatives about the level of graduates of vocational schools of the requested profile for the vocational practice. The interest in this cooperation from schools and companies will find out as well. At the same time the prossibility of graduates employment except for graduate fields will find out by graduates and by the Czech labour office in Pardubicky region. Related topics will be the practical training in relation to the availability of the companies their economical and administrative burden. Then the cooperation between the labour office and the school, general subject of employment and the specification of the desired fields etc.The economical issue will be discussed considering the financial policy of educational courses including their availability then the funding of high schools teaching the technical fields and the student´s future vocational preparation. The thesis deals with the working environment economical and legislative factors and then student´s opportunities who terminated education in classical institutions eventually retrainers within the meaning of running a business.
