Obtaining, choice, hiring the workers and their adapting in the Czech Telecomunication Office

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce analyzuje proces získávání, výběru, přijímání a orientace pracovníků na Českém telekomunikačním úřadu. Teoretická část práce je věnována charakteristice jednotlivých personálních činností, kterými jsou personální plánování, získávání, výběr, přijímání a orientace pracovníků. V praktické části je analyzováno, jak celý tento proces probíhá na Českém telekomunikačním úřadu, jehož úkolem je regulovat trh a stanovovat podmínky pro podnikání v oblasti elektronických komunikací a poštovních služeb. Posouzení celého procesu vedlo ke zjištění drobných nedostatků a následnému navržení takových opatření, které by pomohly ke zlepšení postupu. Analýza byla provedena za spolupráce personálního odboru ČTÚ, který poskytl potřebné informace ke zpracování praktické části práce.

Abstract:

This work intents to analyze the process how to obtain, choose and accept the workers and their adapting in the Czech Telecomunication Office.The theoretical part of the work is devoted to a character of particural personal activities which are personal planning, obtaining, choice, hiring the workers and their adapting. In the practical part of the work we analyze the course of the whole process.The Czech Telecommunication Office's task is the market regulation and the determination of business conditions in the area of electronic communications and postal services. After evaluation of the whole process we found out some small inadequacies and we subsequently suggest such proceeding to improve this process.The analysis was carried out with the cooperation of the personal department in the Czech Telecomunication Office that provided useful information for the processing of the practical part of this work.
