Ruls of Proper Physical Inventory Procedures

Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na "Zásady řádného vedení inventur" s cílem analyzovat a zdůraznit význam inventarizace v kontextu účetní závěrky a navrhnout metodiku pro sestavení vnitřní inventarizační směrnice. V teoretické části byl zmapován inventarizační proces prostřednictvím studia odborné literatury, čímž byla identifikována pravidla a zásady pro řádné vedení inventur. V analytické části byl navržen postup pro sestavení vnitřní inventarizační směrnice, na jejímž základě byl zpracován návrh inventarizační směrnice pro konkrétní společnost, přičemž byly aplikovány v teorii definované zásady. V závěrečné části jsou shrnuty nejvýznamnější informace a závěry, s cílem úspěšného a efektivního zvládnutí inventarizačního procesu.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is focused on the "Rules of Proper Physical Inventory Procedures" with the aim to analyze and emphasize the importance of inventory in the context of financial statements and to propose a methodology for creating an internal inventory directive. In the theoretical part, the inventory process was mapped through the study of professional literature, identifying rules and principles for proper inventory management. In the practical section, a methodology for compiling an internal inventory directive was proposed, upon which a draft inventory directive for a specific company was developed, applying the principles defined in theory. In the concluding part, the most significant information and conclusions are summarized, aiming for successful and efficient management of the inventory process.
