Endurance ability of water polo players - age 10-15 years - reliability test.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením problematiky diagnostiky vytrvalostních schopností u hráčů vodního póla ve věku 10 - 15 let. Jedná se o hráče klubu vodního póla v Ústéí nad Labem. Jedním z úkolů práce bylo ověřit stabilitu a ekvivalentnost nově navrženého testu, jehož princip je odvozen od vytrvalostního člunkového běhu na 20 m.U této plavecké modifikace - Vytrvalostního člunkového plaveckého testu na 10 m jsme metodou test - retest zkoumali jeho stabilitu a ekvivalentnost vzhledem ke standartnímu testu 400 m volní způsob. Výsledky prokázaly, že vytrvalostního člunkový plavecký test na 10 m vykazuje vysokou míru stability, tak jako ekvivalence s testem na 400 m.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis deals with the area of diagnostics capabilities endurance water polo for players aged 10 - 15 years. This is the player's club water póla in Ústí nad Labem. One of the tasks was to verify the stability and equivalence newly proposed test, the principle is derived from endurance shutle swimming test at 20 m of the swimming modification - endurance shutle swimming for 10 m, we have a method test - retest examined its stability and equivalence in relation to standartnímu test 400 m free manner. The results showed that endurance shutle swimming test at 10 m shows a high degree of stability, such as equivalence test at 400 m.
