Predmetom diplomovej práce je strategická analýza pobočky nadnárodnej spoločnosti AVG Technologies. Teoretická časť približuje problematiku nadnárodných spoločností a ich pobočiek, zaoberá sa vymedzením pojmov a popisuje jednotlivé metódy strategickej analýzy.
