Leniency programme in the EU Competition Law
Abstract:
V této práci analyzuji samotný koncept Programů shovívavosti. Dále se také snažím identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky. Tato diplomová práce popisuje vývoj Programů shovívavosti v EU, ale i v České republice. Na konec podávám své vlastní návrhy na ještě lepší efektivitu tohoto aktuálního programu shovívavosti
Abstract:
In this paper, I analyze the pure concept of the Leniency programme. I am also trying to indetify its strenghts and weaknesses. This thesis examins the history of the Leniency programmes in the EU and also in the Czech republic. In the i suggesting my thoughts to increase the effecienty of the Leniency even more.
